Dear Member,

A reminder that The 2026 Annual Party is officially on the calendar for September 18-20, and we are headed back to the Wild and Wonderful state of West Virginia for a weekend at the New River Gorge!

We will be camping at Ray’s Campground, which has graciously reserved its private pond area for our group.

Lodging Options

• Full Weekend Camping: $28 per person
• Saturday-Only Camping: $14 per person

Your registration includes camping plus grab-and-go breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings.You will also have a chance to win free stuff!

Van Campers - The pricing is the same, but you will have reserved parking away from the pond area. Parking details will be shared closer to the event. 

We have a limit of 60 participants - so sign up today! Once we are full, you will need to secure your own lodging for the weekend. This includes Van Campers. We also highly recommend carpooling and sharing tents when possible but is not required. 

Saturday Potluck

Join us Saturday evening at 7:00 PM for a group potluck. Bring a favorite snack, entrée, side dish, or dessert to share. BYOB, but you are encouraged to share. 

To be sustainable and reduce waste, please bring your own plate, spork, and cup whenever possible. We will NOT be providing plates and cutlery. 

Activity Leaders Needed

We need Activity Leaders for the weekend. Leaders help coordinate activities such as rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, paddling, or anything else members may want to organize.

This is not a heavy lift. Activity Leaders simply help identify the what, when, and where so fellow members can connect and get outside together.

• The first tab is for general registration and payment.
• The second tab is for the Potluck. 
• The additional tabs are for activity sign-ups and Activity Leader coordination

Payment

Payment may be sent by Venmo or PayPal.

Important: If you pay through PayPal, you MUST select “Friends and Family.”

Please do not use “Goods and Services,” as it charges the club a processing fee and reduces the amount available for the weekend.
