Frick Park Mindfulness Walk

Help relieve stress and increase your well-being and happiness through a mindfulness walk in Frick Park. Reap the benefits of time spent outside as we slow down, find serenity, and immerse ourselves in nature.

Volunteer trip leader and therapist, Sara Feley, will lead the group in mindfulness exercises and a 3 mile walk through park trails with some moderate hills. Take time for you and enjoy some time in the outdoors with others. 

Cost: $8 Venture Outdoor Members |  $10 Non-Members

Adopting the motto "Research, Education, and Adventure" in 1947, for three generations the ECP has provided the opportunity to learn new skills and meet new friends who share a willingness to accept the physical and mental challenges of outdoor exploration and adventure.
