Yoga in the Park - PPC Wellness Outdoors

Meet at the Fountain in Allegheny Commons park and enjoy a mindfulness meditation focused on the calming sound of the fountain water. This is a meditation experience for all ages and all levels.

This mindfulness practice is in partnership with Counseling & Wellness Center of Pittsburgh.

The event is free, sign up requested - sign up here.

Adopting the motto "Research, Education, and Adventure" in 1947, for three generations the ECP has provided the opportunity to learn new skills and meet new friends who share a willingness to accept the physical and mental challenges of outdoor exploration and adventure.
